The HR Generalist is a vital member of the HR team, responsible for managing and supporting various human resources functions to ensure smooth operations and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves overseeing the recruitment process, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and employee relations. The HR Generalist also plays a critical role in analyzing HR metrics, enhancing employee satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with internal and external standards. Reporting directly to the HR Director, the HR Generalist collaborates with internal departments and external partners to drive operational success and foster a positive work environment.

Youth Care Worker/ Caregiver
Looking for qualified workers to join our team. We are seeking people who will work part time hours with the ability to obtain full-time hours. The successful candidate Must be able to work with males that have lots of energy. The hours will be 8 or 12 hour shifts. Specifically looking for afternoons and graveyards.The successful candidate must have patience and be able to work with youth that have mental health and behavioral issues.
The shifts would also include covering holidays and weekends.

Associate Director will report directly to the Executive Director and will oversee and support our team of Program Managers and Resident Coordinators. Leadership and problem-solving skills are essential in ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of services across our diverse programs. The Manager of Operations will work to align the programs they oversee with our organization’s values, goals and standards, fostering an environment of excellence, creating a safe space for our clients and ensuring collaboration among the team.
