At Spectrum Learning Centre, we are committed to maintaining a safe and supportive environment for reporting concerns, complaints, or grievances. We strive to ensure that all staff, stakeholders, and individuals feel secure and respected throughout the process.
Spectrum Learning Centre uses a conflict resolution process to address and resolve disagreements collaboratively.
All complaints, including their resolution, will be documented and addressed within 30 days of being reported. Individuals will be informed of the outcome to the extent possible.
